The Forms page displays all forms that exist in the Forms section of the Navigation Bar and allows the user to determine which forms will appear in the Forms section for the currently selected inspection report.

Forms with unchecked boxes will no longer be displayed in the Forms section of the Navigation Bar when the page is refreshed.
